The communication of reservation information between the owner and third parties is critical for a successful guest stay. In addition to the Automated Communications in Ownerware, which provide essential information to third parties, Ownerware is designed as a “role-based” system. This design allows:

Features:

• The Owner to assign third parties and management companies to their property. This process then grants these parties access to certain system information about your property and reservations. They are, however, restricted from seeing any financial information.

• The Owner and third parties to exchange messages in a comments field on the reservation form for coordination of guest services.

• The third parties can run reports that include any properties to which they have been assigned. This makes the employee scheduling process much easier. They can print off a report for each crew member, showing them which properties they need to service. This reduces the risk they will miss a reservation that was scheduled at the last minute.
