Formed in 2010, Bright Sites is a company that provides software solutions to property owners, property management companies and service providers to help them market and manage their properties and services.
Our first solution to hit the market was Open Vacation Weeks, designed to minimize the gaps in a rental calendar and maximize owner revenue. The way we do this by offering a unique set of marketing tools that allows the owner to advertise directly to renters. Some of these tools include the Offer Wall, Export to Craigslist, Auctioning of specific weeks an Email Marketing database of targeted renters.
In 2012, Bright Sites introduced the first role-based property management solution for the rent-by-owner market that allows owners, management companies and service providers to see the data that is important to them without compromising sensitive data. This solution, called Ownerware, is currently integrated with the Open Vacation Weeks solution, but can be integrated with other property advertising sites as well.
