Are you tired of tracking payments on a spreadsheet? Worried you will miss a payment for a reservation, especially if you allow multiple payments? Ownerware provides you with the following capabilities that will allow you to save time, feel confident you will not miss any revenue and ditch the spreadsheet.

Features:

• An unlimited number of payments with specific due dates can be set up for each reservation.

• A “payment received” checkbox beside each scheduled payment that records the payment amount as received and sends          an email to the renter as confirmation.

• A standard report called Payments Due that can be run using any time frame desired. For example, “show me all payments        that are due in August.”

• Projected payments are included in the Projected P&L report, contributing to the annual estimate of profitability.

• A reminder email is sent to the renter and Owner when a payment is due within 7 days.
