  • Automated emails sent to renters, including:

    • Confirmation of reservation.

    • Reminder when payment is due within 7 days.

    • Receipt of payment confirmation. This occurs after the owner simply checks a box on the reservation form that the payment was received per the schedule established when recording the reservation.

 

  • Automated emails sent to Management Companies and Third Party Service Companies such as pool cleaners,  including:

    • New reservation confirmed. The third parties, who have access to certain sections of the software can elect to  rely on reports rather than emails if they wish.
